Probably, but this will require Monero surviving the many multi-governmental onslaughts that will inevitably follow once it becomes apparent that Monero is facilitating widespread tax evasion and money laundering, they won't just sit back and watch, they'll play the terrorism and pedophile cards and do their best to hurt Monero wherever possible.

I'm confident XMR will survive in the long-run but it might get hairy for a while. This is why atomic swaps are so critical, once they're up and running I'll sleep a lot easier.
