If you don't know how, just use the Brave browser to launch a new private tab with TOR. Use a burner email to create an account with that site. You can find lots of eBooks in the public domain there. Some people say that you can even find almost any book sold on Amazon in eBook format. I can neither confirm nor deny that. That would be a wealth of knowledge though if that was true. I have only ever downloaded eBooks that are in the within the public domain and no longer under copyright.
