India, an unabashedly mercenary state that's in a 70 year long border war with China, and willing to buy sanctioned Russia oil, only for Russia to refuse to take Rupees in trade for it.

China, a nation reaping the entirely predictable benefits on the 1 child policy and sex selective abortion as its worker pool implodes, is more expensive to manufacture in than Mexico, and can't stop massing troops on the Russia border

South Africa, a state experiencing revision to the African mean as the lights now finally go out.
