Being able to buy a house to live in is nice and a good move imo but having such a demanding partner may raise some flags. She has a good point. Livint in a condo by yourself is shit. Now if you were to live as a married man this will create a load in your relationship so I understand her insisting on buying a house instead of a condo. Your deal (living in the condo for a bit and moving out as soon as you can afford a house) looks like a good compromise for both of you. Man I can see past the steep rate cut. What pissed me off is that they sent the email AFTER this went into effect which shows lack of planning. It is also adding to the worryingly high number of strange moves by cdc lately. Anyone with some brain could see the rates being slashed.
