The german tax laws fuck crypto holders in the ass.

Trading, mining, lending or staking gets you pay up to 40+% on taxes (if you don't hold your coins more than a year - ten if you stake/lend). If the tax officers decides you stake to much, for example, they can assume commercial trading and force you to register a business + paying business tax.

Not mentioning revenue in your tax declaration is a crime that puts you in prison and they can request the documents from you on every exchange that provides services in Germany.

How can one work around of any big exchanges when buying/trading crypto? Is it even possible to stay completely anonymous?

I say I feel sad about being an old as fuck 28 year old with a wasted youth but when I look in the mirror I see a smooth skinned person. I'm wasting my life now as well. I can't believe how much I have wasted the past 5 years of my life. I wish I could wake up and simply have the motivation to do productive stuff in my free time, at the drop of a hat, without agonising over every decision.
