you never want to go all in if you're a smart investor. nonetheless, from my dd I think it's a good bet who's upside potential outweighs the risks significantly. Not for the feint of heart, as we've seen some fucky price action that might shake you out at a loss. Storage is filling again though and the bullishness of oil investors is making me see green.
