Bag sisters, you can read the documents related to File No: 333-267920 here:

Brothers of the bag, we are all gonna make it. I'd like to solve the puzzle:

>BBBY is Redbox 2: Electric Boogaloo. >Shareholders will approve the deal at the upcoming meeting.

The acquiring party or parties bought the bonds for pennies on the dollar. They will exchange the debt for equity. They will acquire BBBY in an all-stock deal. They will assume or pay off the remainder of the debt. Class A common stock and the warrants will be redeemed at some exchange rate for shares in the acquiring company.

The market price of BBBY shares will soon reflect the value of the shares of the acquiring company at the agreed upon exchange ratio.

If something extremely silly were to have happened over the last several months such as illegally counterfeiting and selling billions of shares into the market...

Source: None. I made it all up while depositing a basilisk into the chamber of secrets.

A win for towel baggies would have given people who want to lock the float enough capital to do it.

A loss for towel baggies is a loss for GME and therefore the world.

Brothers of the bag, what is your bull thesis?

>The company is going to dilute every share they legally can to pay for the revolving credit facility under the terms of that agreement; and then they are going to reverse split and do it all over again.
>This is why they said they will file for bankruptcy if approval for the reverse split doesn't happen irrespective of their turnaround plan.
>They still won't make enough to pay off the short term debt after a 20:1 reverse split unless the price rises substantially before the next offering.

Distraction stock just got nuked in a filing. They can't raise enough money even with max dilution before and after a reverse split; and they will file for bankruptcy if the reverse split isn't approved.
