I am not a very sporty person but it is proven that if you start with something small like disciplined walking, when you see results in your sleep quality, energy level and appetite you will automatically see an improvement in your mood. That will be reflected in your impulses to eat junk. You just have to start on one side of the problem. I hope you do better soon, anon.

Value is subjective. It also depends on the benefits that something can bring to you, regardless of what it cost you monetarily.

Pay no attention to the niggers here who make fun of you for the amount of money you have, anon. The important thing is that you get started. AVAX is now at a super profitable price. It's going to be one of the ones to lead the bull run. Trust me.

ETH is an outdated gimmick that also shits you with fees, which turns out to be a white-collar scam to me. Right now there are alts out there that do exactly the same thing as ETH but better, at a lower price and very, very low fees.

Memecoins no longer have a real place in the market and BTC and ETH are going downhill. AVAX, LINK and ROSE are the gems that are going to be a hit in the next bull market.

Why do you care so much about whether or not normies talk about crypto to determine whether or not you buy? If normies talk about crypto they will only talk about BTC and at most, ETH. I'll stay comfy holing AVAX. Normies ngmi

For me "making it" is achieving financial independence. It depends on each person. Whether it is 500k or +1M, I will be allocating half of that to staking in AVAX and the rest to pay debts and live as comfortably as I can.
