No its not a good faith violation to buy an option with settled cash and sell it on the same day. However the cash may not settle in time for your next purchase as settlement takes 1-3 days.
If however you purchase an option without sufficient cash in the account then use the proceeds from the option sale to cover the purchase prior to depositing sufficient cash to cover the sale it counts as free riding and would get your account restricted.
