I have been working full time for 21 years now. Longest break I took was a 6 month stint of unemployment about 15 years ago. Besides that I have not gone more than a few weeks without work. If you have the drive and ability to project that to others then you will get work. I don't care if I were living in a village with 100 people, I will find things that people want done that they are not willing to do themselves. Don't just send out resumes and applications. If a p[lace is hiring, ask to speak with a manager right away. If they say they are not in, come in the next day, then the next. The first job I got I called the place everyday until I spoke with the manager, even after they told me I do not need to call. Once I knew the manager was there I dressed nice and went in to meet her. She said nobody else showed the same level of interest. Good luck anon, do not give up and try not to take no for an answer.
