Assuming OP is serious and not a parody of roasties, his life has a very 'american psycho' feeling to it where he's going through the motions. 'Health food', going to the gym not to get fit but just to be there, trains his dog or whatever, works a meme job where he tries to stay stylish and look good within the context of office casual. The difference is that he probably doesn't have an inner monologue about how his business card got mogged, he's just doing whatever this is every day in a rote way.
