What should I do if I want to get started with dividends? I know nothing!

Do I keep them in a brokerage account or in a Roth account?
Do I buy dividend ETF?
Do I buy individual stocks?
Do I buy covered call ETF?

Or are dividends a waste of time?

>mom listed our childhood home today
Bittersweet but probably a good decision, if not a little late. It's in a nice suburb of Tampa and we've had it for almost 20 years. Listed for almost 6x what she and my dad paid in the early 2000s.

She and my stepfather have lived in Raleigh for like 3 years now and it's vacant now (was rented) so probably the right decision. Sad to see it go though, I grew up in that house.

My fiancee and I live in a totally different part of the country but will never have that financial satisfaction since we made the insane financial mistake of being born in 1998. I do have a home at a good interest rate though so we'll be alright

My Chinese friend went to Canada for the first time and complained how many Chinese there were and how they’re all extremely rude and entitled

What did he mean by this?

Where do I get actual economic/financial advice?
I'm thinking of buying a 7500 sq.ft. plot to build my house and some separate rooms for a b&b, and I wonder if it'd be a good or bad idea with the numbers I have (it wouldn't be much of a money maker, I'd recover everything in like 20 years, but at least it'd be my house) vs other investment options I've seen (reselling cars, buying big land to install solar panels, etc.) while renting.

I have a question for you US crypto futures traders.

Do you send your funds to a wallet and then the second exchange or do you just send from one exchange to the other one?
