Correct, just like there's no way it's hard to borrow because shares are getting thin as people keep buying and more importantly direct registering them and how there's no way foreign exchanges are marking positions as short on their books when they are actually long to keep feeding liquidity into the system that they get paid for so it doesn't explode and rape them to death financially. Just like how there's a pitchbook entry and an assload of evidence an LBO/Acquisition was started on 1/13 or that RC has been loading up on bonds and shares and holding them with intermediaries so they're not reported as ownership to continue the bear trap. Shorts are definitely operating in a totally legal manner and the market is definitely not completely fraudulent, fake, and gay from top to bottom.

There are only supposed to be ~304 million GME shares in existence. Kindly go look at the volume for a given month, and other than the most recent ones due to liquidity being drier than a nuns cunt notice how there's been many instances of more shares trading than should exist. Notwithstanding why that shouldn't even be possible to begin with (our friends BBBY have had the last three months be in excess of a billion each month when they only have ~117 million shares ever created and the beginnings of a rabid investor base like this one) the only reason it can even have existed is someone, somewhere, creating fake shares to sell into the market. To sell short, at or lower than NBBO, into the market. Day after day after day after day. And in the case of FTX's tokenized shares, they (since they were supposed to be backed 1-to-1 by real shares even though with billions of them for both GME and BBBY there was no way they ever were and there is proof they were not) were being used as a "locate to borrow" to """justify""" the creation of more fake shares to be sold into the markets. Because since FTX said they were good for them, and by the way the whole thing was supposedly set up should have been good for them, that means Citadel - amongst others - could use those tokenized fakes as a locate to justify creating another FTD to sell to some dumbass. And the DTCC, federal government, and regular fucking people are assmad malding about this happening so blatantly because it was literal fraud that directly defrauded all of those parties in particular as well as international household investors and institutional investors.

Shilling is just not going to have an effect until they give 100%, and I don't see that happening. With the upcoming recession, shorts are going to have to buy shares to close their positions to keep treading water when their collateral is getting raped. Sure there will be some die hard shorts (those who can afford to keep things going for one more day despite economic turmoil) but the majority of shorts will end up closing their positions when they're forced to buy and get liquidated. Using fake locates to borrow is just not going to keep up. Expect to see rapidly descending street shitters and shorts in the coming weeks/months and maybe then if there are any shorts still alive, they can go ahead and attempt to give 100% effort and do a flip.
