NRZ have over 10% yield, i find >10 to be suspicious. also it's a pretty new company, i'm looking for older ones because i figure they are safer to keep being around

looks like it's a collection of stocks that just matches the stocks that make up an index, like the dow jones? i don't have anything like that. do you get dividends from those? i think there's a fee also to whoever manages the collection. isn't it better to just have the stocks directly?

thanks but looks like a pretty new company and their dividends haven't been increasing or holding steadily. also looks like they didn't pay regular dividends during 2017 and 2018 but instead had 3 bonus dividends in 2018, kinda weird
