This is actually missing at least 2 things, there was that Infrastructure bill which raised the taxes on non-aviation fuels and the department of the interior changed the royalty rate for leases from 12.5% to 18.75%.

At least I think the infrastructure bill that passed included the tax hike... I can't remember there were three massive bills and it was in one of them.

I'm sad that markets are closed on Monday, but at the same time I'm happy I get to sleep in.
