I know HBAR is a centralized premined VC POS scamcoin that can't scale and runs on AWS but I'm concerned that Algorand is the same

Do insider trading rules apply to U.S.A. based crypto transactions. In other words let's say a friend knows someone at CryptoXYZ and found out they are going to release a new DeFi instrument not publicly announced all but guaranteeing a big price rise. My friend buys a big bag based on this inside info. Would he have committed insider trading?
Obviously I know the S.E.C. hasn't applied many rules to crypto but was curious about this scenario.
Thoughts?

Just bought a heavy bag, where do we see the price going? 1usd? 10usd? 100usd?
What exchanges will be listing? My wallets didn't even have a price or logo for it yet. How early are we?

The single biggest issue with STA is it's so called deflation, it's the only feature of this token. Other actual DeFi projects have added that mechanism to their own projects or have it already built in. Google "DeFi Deflation" you'll get a lot of results. Things move fast in this space, don't get left behind bag holding for a dashboard, something nobody asked for.
Truth

Look I like you guys, you've been through hell with this project. Pay attention.

Other farming projects are already adding deflation to their projects. That's The only Trick STA had. So now what? Things move fast in the crypto space frens. Not telling you to sell, just try and keep up.

It won't, more and more farming projects are already using deflation mechanisms. The only trick STA had. So now what? Seriously.

I'm poking around their social network, it actually seems OK. Better than most news feeds at least. This seems like it can't really go lower than 40-50 cents, except maybe in a few months if the project doesn't catch on.

>"This idea of STA as a “Fund Companion” is possibly it’s most bullish case, look past this one pool and imagine a Defi pool, video streaming pool, lending pool, each pool with a unique value proposition which has STA in it to jumpstart liquidity and arbitrage. It can become the standard for jumpstarting your index fund and making it function extra bullish. It is an altruistic whale that comes into your index fund and gently nudges the price, volume, trade, and liquidity upwards.

It's a good long-term too. The tech will get normies using this token faster then any other crypto, without even needing to know what a token or crypto is.

Won't really matter, they'll be listed on Binance either way. If they win the vote it's free, if they lose they'll just pay the admittance fee.
