i just messaged eich and asked him to clarify and he said that this:

>1/3 to brave
>1/3 to opted in bat rewards users
>1/3 to keyword cluster owners

is correct except if an ad is shown to a non-bat user then brave takes 2/3. i imagine that probably only 20% of brave users will be opted into rewards so we'll assume that brave will actually end up getting 50% of the total revenue from search ads, or potentially less if my estimate of 20% opted in users is low. if they increase the opt in rate, then that number skews.

i'll ask him more about the keyword stuff and see if i can get him to spill some more details on it
