The chances for this to happen right now compared to BTC is huge, due to its complexity and incompetent devs. The chances overtime increases exponentially as more experimental patches are applied and no fully tested protocols replace older ones.
You are applying value on "one can something do" forgetting that blockchain has value on its security and anti-tamper properties, something Bitcoin is unbeatable. This is like those who use tps to measure the value of blockchain platform or those who use Ghz to measure the value of processors.

What makes ULTRA special compared to current DRM?
Why for games and no other media?
Why blockchain at all?
Where is the fucking repo?
Why do you need a token printed out of thin air?
Why it cannot be copy pasted removing the speculative aspect?
Why would devs want a shitty token instead of a stablecoin?
