It's not even a trick, it's just basic competence. If I pay a wagie in cash, they should provide change in such a way that it is easy to tip them. If they don't, not my problem.

Someone explain to me what is wrong with a corporate raid, I genuinely can't imagine it being illegal for any good reason.
