because I invest for the compounding interest over time (decades). I earned $20+K in passive income last year, I should get around $22K this year. The more it compounds the more I get in the future.

Plus divvy aristocrats have outpaced the S&P 500 over the long run.

if you're trying to get rich quick, try something else. if you're trying to build wealth and a sizable amount of passive income over time go for dividend growth investing
