I actually feel nothing. I have already developed emotional immunity to market crashes. Just waiting for my next paycheck to dump some money in stocks I wanted to buy anyway.

The downside to this is that I feel almost nothing when the market goes up. But this might actually be good too.

I dunno, i only trade options conservatively with covered calls on existong position or defensively buying puts as a hedge going in to potential volatility event like earnings or fed meeting or something. I don't like having additional time pressure on my trades, like i think something is going to go up but i don't know how quickly and i don't know if there will be minor drawdown before it continues trend.
