Medical stocks are super interesting because they're volatile and moon mission-able like crypto, but based on scientific research and clinical trials. For example: If you have drug company A and B both trying to solve problem X, and both are pre-trial phase, you could invest $1k in each. One of them might pass trials and one of them might fail, and one moons while the other craters. Both of them could crater, both of them could moon, but it's all based on real science and real FDA regulated clinical trials. So it's got some of this wild west that crypto has, but all the protection of FDIC/FDA etc that stocks have. It's a super interesting space to get into and I would highly highly recommend you getting into it if the crypto ride of 2017/2018 was fun for you. And then there's always more stable options like Pfizer or J&J but there will be less adventure and they have already mooned.

There's also awesome chances of trolling which is how the pharmabro became a meme.
