Will the housing market drop anytime soon? I bought a condo for around 50 grand in 2011, and it's now worth around 200 grand. I'm planning on selling it and waiting to buy a home with some land (at least a few acres). The problem is that homes are pretty expensive and there aren't many of the ones I want in my area. Will the housing market tank within the next few years or should I just buy a home I like that I can find for a decent price? I keep reading so much conflicting opinions that I don't know what to believe.
