It seems like it to me. Their yt video from last week is pretty grim. Conn basically said he didn't see a problem with the DTCC holding shares which is ironic since his entire business is based on removing shares from the DTCC. You find out about what SHF are doing, go through all these steps to keep your shares away from them, and there's still some obscure backdoor to allow the DTCC access. This system is unreal.
