I don't think you could even extract that data without having access to the machine the node is running on but let's pretend you can. You're saying it's plausible that a bad actor could bribe every single ISP serving an avalanche node the world over to intercept their votes in the space of one round, feed it into the adversary, cascade that strategy to the adversarial nodes and vote in the next round opposite the network preference before the quorum threshold is met by honest nodes?
