Cuba, of all places, is well known for clean whores. Prostitution is technically illegal there but authorities don't just turn a blind eye, they actually check to make sure the working girls are clean. It's a poor country and they know who butters their bread, so they don't want these relatively wealthy western tourists leaving with anything more than he came with or doesn't want to explain to his wife/girlfriend.

Basically just cook stews and use beans instead of meat and learn how to use spices

This is something I cook at least once a week

>One can lentils
>Half can diced tomato
>A few handfuls of frozen mixed vegetables
>Fresh ginger and garlic to taste
>2 tsp crushed chili flakes
>2 tsp curry powder
>Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the ginger and garlic in oil for a few minutes and then toss everything else into the pot. Heat on medium for 30 minutes and serve over rice.
