In my opinion it really just means he understands China is getting a big slice of Tawian, so he is moving semi production to the USA to allow them to do that, but that's just me.

well 4chan came from 2ch...and what a lot of people don't realize is 4chan is a framework that is found in countries all over the world with the same reputation. Most countries have their own little site just like 4chan, and those sites are controversial in the same way.
