Interestingly enough, Ryan Cohen has personally placed 3 of the current board members of BBBY, but the CFO was placed by the former CEO (who was ousted). The BCG stuff (using consulting groups to directly influence companies while financial institutions short them) has been an ongoing thread since GME, GameStop currently in a lawsuit BCG for this exact reason.
