Yeah, there are sleep masks that light up whenever it notices you have reached REM sleep, and earbuds that tell you you are dreaming in a similar fashion. Unfortunately, whatever signals a device gives you may blend into the dream surroundings, i.e. the sleep mask's lights will become the sun's reflection off a car or something stupid like that so it's not able to give you 100% lucidity every dream.
However, scientists have been able to induce lucid dreams via minuscule electrical signals to a certain part of the brain, so it's possible that very soon we will have a device with 100%, guaranteed lucidity every dream that's commercially available.
