I agree that someone needs to score a tennis game, that is to say a dominant cryptocurrency ought not to be monopolized. But tennis is being played on so many other fields now, and when people think that full nodes are Score 1 for BTC when really it's a red herring and serves only as a distraction for true technical debate it's really silly.

have you tried using BCH? it's literally the same as BTC except it scales on-chain instead of with complicated off-chain stuff that doesn't even work half the time.
+ it still keeps signatures in the blocks + you don't need to wait for a transactions to get into a block before you know it is valid

the only thing BTC got going for it is its ticker symbol Blockstream has even removed their team members page from their homepage for Christ's sake.
