1k year old oligarchy. You're pretty much locked into whatever class you're born to in Europe because of taxes. It's not worth it to advance because you will be taxed to the point where you can't survive. The EU will also adjust things so if you're competing in a market it will subsize the old obsolete market so that you can't get a leg up on old people who refuse to modernize. Also lazy. Euro's are just lazy in general. We literally pay for their military defense too and they're still poor. Taxes and legacy stifle competition and innovation in Europe. They literally come to the U.S because they know they won't do well in their set in ways high tax countries.
