I'm not a windowsfag so I'm not sure what could have happened. I run my daemon with administrative privileges. Do you get the same result if you're running the command on, let's say, PowerShell with administrative privileges?
And if you just try to run the daemon, what error do you get? Or it just closes itself a second later like in the screenshot? Can you try running it with --log-level=4?
