That's literally the only thing that drives any difference in price action among these smaller coins, barring some major fuckup (like an exchange gets hacked and the hacker chooses your coin as a vehicle for draining peoples' accounts).

Any price action based on the fundamental utility of these coins is years away at this point. Try to avoid potential exit scams and you'll be fine.
