Let's say I have a smart city with 50M people in it, and about 300B+ in User data and technology and such running on the smart city, running on fantom.

If you want to make sure the technology is safe from 33% attacks, you need to make sure it's not worth attacking/too expensive.

Do you think a smart city will allow a 99% drop, which will allow foreign nations to steal billions in data and compromise millions of people and billions in risk?

Of course not.... That's only for a single smart city, in a single country too.
