>How did this happen?

Easy, work from home. People want to move to the remote beach towns and mountain towns and do WFH jobs.

If I was just getting out of collage and looking at what career to go into I would avoid any programming jobs. People with skills that need to be in person are going to be in high demand. WFH programming applicants are going to be a dim a dozen in 5 to 10 years. WFH jobs in general are going to start become saturated.

27 is around when woman have their wake up from things like in OP. The hot wealthy guys stop inviting them on trips and stuff. 27-29 just happens to be around the average age for woman to get married. They go for their back ups they've been keeping in orbit. Around 30-32 is when most men get married now, the age most men start there upward sprint into higher pay and woman can tell if you have your shit together. This is usually when the beta nice guys come in.

If you're a nice successful guy in your 30's you need to be carful around 28yo woman. They usually will tell you just about everything you want to hear to get you locked down. Don't sell your self short.

>suddenly all buying houses

If this is true it really dose mean its only temporary and inventory will catch up over the next few years. Reminder the younger ones are having no where near enough kids. Can't remember where I saw the statistics but basically emigration wont keep up ether because second generation emigrants stop having kids too.

One of the reasons theorised as to why they've been flooding the west with emigrants because boomers were retiring and older Gen X'ers that were set up for retirement were going to start retiring in a few years. Forbs has also done a few articles on the coming destruction of demand due to no one having kids basically threatening asset prices to start a downward trend.

>Homes have gotten so expensive and unobtainable that people are giving up on that, so they have a little more disposable income each month.

You actually make a really good point. I defiantly get the vibe young people are giving up on home ownership. I seen people that run a internet side hustle just to afford rent in a nice part of town. Car is the next obtainable display of wealth.

>Or is demand in the US for housing so great you'll be able to fill it no matter what?

People cant pay what they cant pay. Apparently rent payment delinquency is up for some of the biggest rental companies. This should be a big red flag for investors. Some areas rent has already surpassed 50% of the average income for a given area. Wages are not keeping up at around 5% year over year growth. Some people are already starting to wonder if we are heading towards a deflationary crash when demand drops off a cliff thanks to dwindling deposable income.

This is three fold:
1. How do the Democrats rhetorically ask their questions.
2. How do the Republicans rhetorically ask their questions.
3. Does Powpow say anything beyond:
3a. We are not pausing on our ability to fight inflation.
3b. Is going beyond 75 bps on the table.
3c. How much does he care about every minority other than white.
