Got a 1998 GMC sonoma handed to me by my parents when i was about 21 or so. They paid 700$ for it.

I'm now 31 making 95k$ yearly, and i have not even had the slightest inkling of upgrading this thing or getting another vehicle. I put like a couple thousand miles on it since my last oil change two years ago. Hauls anything i need it to and the pay by the mile insurance i have is cheap. Big trucks are a meme unless you can write it off as a business expense. It's all identity.
