Too many people in too small of an area. Terrible commutes make properties that provide convenience attractive. I've heard people say they spend several hours in traffic just getting to and from work. Nobody wants to travel any distance and certain areas people won't go to for any amount of money all because there are too many fucking people on the road. Commiefornia is full of people who preach eco-nonsense about how the rest of the country needs to reduce their carbon footprint, but they personally spend 3-4 hours stuck in traffic 5 days a week. If your choice was to work 8 hours a day and commute an additional 4, or buy an overpriced house and commute for an hour...fuck California. Beautiful state ruined by blacks, mexicans, and worst of all, Jews.
