How to get this job in the first place?

I had the most vivid /comfy/ dream last night. I dreamed that LINK had rocketed to $235 in a day. It was the most smug and amazing feeling. There were a ton of nolinker mocking/suicide threads here. Even my dad texted me with glowing words of praise. It was so real that when I woke up I legitimately thought I had made it for a few minutes which was followed by many minutes of immense sadness and disappointment. I think I subconsciously contacted the $1k EOY timeline.
While it was the comfiest I've felt, ever, I'm still glad that I'm in the $2500 EOY timeline with you frens.

Is it possible to start looking for another job, going to interviews without your current employer knowing? Do I have the right to ask for getting to work, lets say, an hour late, then compensate it, argumentating that I have a job interview? Am I obligated to tell them that I'm looking for another job?

I work 9 to 13, then lunch till 14.30, and then all day till 18.30

Is it possible to get interviews outside of that range?
