My degree is pretty shit and so is my resume, but merely having more experience/exaggerating experience and skills to employers gets you jobberoos. Most of the nogs and women you'll work with will have even less skills, so it doesn't actually matter if you know how to do the job (and most 'college degree required :DD' jobs can be learned in a day or two anyway if you're not retarded, most of these are clearly highschool-degree level but Der Ewige Boomer included college degree requirements for some reason).

So, I would say that being "fulfilled" is my idea of making and having no debt. I mean preferably something manageable like <$20K to keep the (((Goy Score))) up by having <10 accounts open and active.
