Post it and see if any anons here have already "made it" by your standards and see what you can learn from them.
I'll go first:
$1,000,000 in different bonds earning 5% or $50,000/year in interest payments. That way I can just take care of various community gardens around the country while traveling with my pet squirrel.

I keep seeing people say living off minimum wage is impossible, but I think it is.
The average cost for rent + utilities in my area comes out to about $1,400. A frugal person could drop that down to $1,000 and still not live around thugs and retards. Everyone assumes that online listings match reality, when they never do.
If you have a 50 hour work week - commonly cited as the upper limit before productivity takes a dive - then in my state that would come out to almost $19,000 for a yearly salary.
That leaves $7,000 for food and bills, which should be the only other things you're worrying about. C'mon, if you're living on minimum wage, and you aren't pirating all entertainment and making sure to never eat out unless totally necessary you'll be fine.
Obviously everyone will be different in terms of dietary needs, but I think it's safe to say that in an ideal situation, you could make it with $1,500 spent on groceries. Or you could go full autismo and just eat chicken thighs, rice and lentils all day.
People always focus on how "oh, millennials are buying expensive phones they can't afford and wasting money on GrubHub" but I think it really comes down to streaming services and McDonald's. You don't need PS Plus or Xbox Live, and you sure as fuck better be cooking all your meals if you're on a bare minimum budget.

And, well... that's it, really. I mean, in my case I have some student loan debt, and I'd probably need to pay extra for faster Internet, but... If I were on minimum wage, I'd still have over $400 every month to invest and get myself out of this minimum wage pit. That's the WORST CASE SCENARIO, and anyone with an IQ above room temperature should know that in such a situation, you invest, invest and invest some more until you're out of that pit. Maybe take up an apprenticeship or online learning on the side so you speed up the process. Again, this is the absolute bottom of the barrel condition you could be in, and it's still very mobile.

R-Right...?
