My best retarded guess:
People are moving BTC back to their own wallets and off Exchanges.
A banking collapse might wipe out the dollar reserves of Exchanges, causing the Exchange to be insolvent, which will start a run on the Exchange (FTX).
I have nothing to back up this guess. I know it's retarded, but it's the best I can come up with based on current events.
