Not gonna lie, when I saw BUSD drop to 0.20c I shat my pants

I quit my job last year because I finally made it. I put most of the funds into index funds to try and go by the 4% rule. Now, my portfolio is obliterated and I'm spending too much in comparison. I really thought the ETH merge would pump crypto more too and now that looks to be a dud.

I tried applying for jobs last month but with an employment gap now, even jobs with the same job title as I previously held won't call me back. I'm absolutely fucked. How is everyone else dealing?

All the models said recessions don't happen within 2 years of each other on average. I'm just absolutely stunned and honestly feel this must be a simulation at this point. Nearly everything I'm involved in right now is fucking me in the ass.
