Exactly, well connected means shit if there's no potential profit involved to justify the time and effort to show up and talk on a shitty stream.
Something is happening in the background.

I'm guessing it's because they're getting close to launching their ETN.
Probably the reason why the Bitfinex CTO attended at least, why kraken did, well fuck if i know.

Looking in on these companies they've all been properly registered, notarized and 25 000 Euro has been set as capital in each of the businesses so they're not just empty shell companies to fill out the registry, they're working on something big.

The ETNs are planned for a cap of 100 million dollars with a starting note price of $1. they'll be using a custodian service, probably coinbase since they've done some events with them in London in the past and seem to be working together so the custodian will buy hold the crypto currency backing the purchaced notes.
The management fee is 2% and from looking at the latest update in the registry that fee will be deducted from the assets held by the custodian.

But wait there's more, they're also launching AMAAS (asset management as a service) for crypto and while this is pure speculation on my part i'd wager cryptology and finlab (who by the way manages a rather large EOS fund) will be amongst their first customers.
The asset management platform will also work on a fee structure.

And sigh this is getting fucking long, i hope you degens appreciate all this!
Last but not least is Iconic Labs, an accelerator program they started a while back where they help projects with financing and the legal legwork and one of the projects they did was UBT and they hold a 2% stake of the avaliable UBT tokens so they're doing something right.

NOW!
The boring shit and buildup is finally fucking done so what about the fucking shitcoin they made?
So the ICNQ token is the basis for their whole fee-structure.
20% of all the fees paid from the Index fund, The ETNs and the Management platform are to be paid in ICNQ tokens that are bought at market and then sent to a burnwallet decreasing the supply with every round of fees.
As of right now there's about 10 million tokens out of 20 avaliable with the other 10 already having been sent to the burn wallets.

Spread has lessened some on Idex but you're still paying a premium compared to a couple of days ago, looks like they're looking in to uniswap at the moment though from what i read in their TG but today it's basically IDEX or not at all.

If it's any consolation i think there's a couple of hundred avaliable on forkdelta.
I'm glad i'm in Europe and snagged my 100k stack last year when there was actually some volume.
Been shilling it here from time to time but to no avail, some people just hate money i guess.

Haha people are already worrying about what will happen when there's no more UBT avaliable on exchanges with it's 150 000 000 supply.

Iconic has a 10 million supply after they burned 50% and there's only 2% avaliable on exchanges, the rest are held off exchanges.
Looking forward to the panic when they start launching their ETNs and get listed on Bitfinex and Binance.

Idex apparently.
There's another thread going and apparently they're doing some deal with Binance and Bitfinex to create ETNs of their exchange tokens.

They're also creating ETNs for LEO and BNB.
Anyone who can wager a guess for where they'll be listing in the near future?

> People remember what they did when
> Kennedy got his skull popped.
> People are mad they didn't buy apple.
> We are mad we didn't buy and hold more BTC > 10 years ago.

This is the one, don't regret another bad call 10 years from now.
