What about the housing market. Will it crash too? When would be the time to buy?

I took a class last semester called "Economics of Vice", it was sort of a bastard hybrid of business and criminal justice. It covered the economics of domestic and international narcotic and sex worker trades, and had a pretty healthy section on scams, from the small and personal to the major ones that were all over the news.

It really got me thinking, are scams /biz/? It's just another form of the free market. Plus a little darwinism thrown in. Too dumb to avoid a scam? Lose money. Too dumb to pull off a scam? Go directly to jail. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

It's libertarian as fuck.
