>then a 1 way interview
>then have to fill out an application that asks questions I already answered on my resume, and give references for a job that's entry level
>then I have to fill out a questionnaire where I have to answer questions like, "Can you do 10 things at a time and smile?"
>next I'm gonna have to do a zoom interview if they want to move me further in the process
This is all for a $15/hr job.
