Initially I wanted to go into a political and change things for the better for the working man but it seems generally useless considering so many are borderline retarded and vote against their own interests in support of the capitalist class who they have no chance against in bargaining power as individuals. I'm thinking the best way to secure a future for my children and myself is to go to business school and try working on changing management culture to see their workers as an asset to be invested in for long-term company growth, instead of disposable cogs for short-term profit. Is this realistic if I want to help the working man?
