even NAK is a good buy under the 200 hour MA with proper DCA'ing. i'll also note that i don't use this method for shorting, only for longs on stocks you're willing to baghold for awhile, knowing they'll eventually go back up. imagine a scenario where you initiate a position at the 200, double down at 4x down, and double down again at 12x down. if you wanted to be safer you could wait to start a position at 4x below but you'll get fewer trades that way, but you'll have more room to DCA, depends on your risk tolerance and FA.
