I rewatched The Big Short over the weekend. It's pretty entertaining by the way, give a rewatch if you haven't seen it recently. In the movie Burry states that fraud increases before a crash. Rates of fraud are up year over year from a local low in 2017. Also there are new financial derivatives being traded called centralized Loan Obligations that are very similar to Collateralized Debt Obligations.
There's another 2008 brewing out there and idk if the fed can save us from it. Interest rates have been 0% all year and they are burning out the money printers every night with repurchase agreements. Short the US.
