Anyone else in a hiring position notice how absolutely horrible recent graduates are? Don't get me started on the interns.

I ask a high school intern (making $10 an hour) to do something and he rolls his fuckin eyes. If he doesn't do it, I'm going to do it. What makes him, a high schooler, more important than me, a senior employee?

And the new hires... Holy fuck. Stupid as. Can't follow instructions worth a shit.

If you are about to graduate, have just graduated, or are an intern, here's some advice:
1) take notes if you have to
2) follow instructions
3) actually put some effort in, it's called "work"
4) don't give your senior any attitude until you actually know something.
