Sure fren. I got sick of the horseshit and ratrace competition of the state capitol i grew up in. My parents moved outta the city before I did. Before I even finished my first apprenticeship I realized just getting employed in a city was a competition. My parents moved semi-rural and I found if you had a decent work ethic, respected punctuality and a bit of banter you get repeat customers and word of mouth recommendations.
In a weird combination I did both electrical and plumbing, in that order. I prefer being a sparky to cleaning shitpipes but work is work.
I vet my employees very closely and have had all of them and their families under my roof on many occasions. They subcontract through me, I liaise with clients and my missus handles the phones/ admin side. Small outfit but everyone is happy/ paid. Rural township of about 15k people. People out here respect different shit to city folk too, if you say you're gonna be there at 9am you rock up at 0845, be respectful but don't suck arse etc. In my area there was a small boom in new housing too so that worked out perfectly, made a few contacts with developers and property managers - half the game is networking and just being a standup guy. Don't overcharge and if the jobs fucked don't bother asking for a callout fee.
City working was just cutthroat, dodgy jobs and dodgy quotes you name it. That shit doesn't fly when old auntie Jose needs a new sink installed and can't pay by the hundreds but you can bet your left nipple she'll tell entire knitting club how polite that laborer was compared to the last one. P's and Q's go a long long way I found.

Braaaaaaap !!!!!!'

The meme has also been used to respond to terrible injustice, such as Hurricane Harvey, which hit Texas in August.

The meme re-appropriated the hashtag #alllivesmatter.

It also expanded to include transgender and non-binary people, which makes it a broader set of grievances than the early American iterations
